Digital Downloads: All music downloads are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once the purchase is confirmed. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel under UK consumer law, as digital content is made available immediately.

Merchandise Products: If you purchase physical merchandise (such as clothing, accessories, or other goods), you may return items within 14 days of receipt provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If merchandise arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
